Generally, Bob Farley is happy for non-profit websites to host his images on the proviso that adequate reservation of his intellectual property rights accompany the images used and that permission is sought prior to mounting them.

To date, only one non-profit making website has been refused permission to host Bob Farley's images. This was a Beowulf resource site which mounted scans without first seeking permission and who, when prompted, refused point blank to ask for permission. Had the host had the decency to ask, he would have no doubt have been given permission, but since he refused even to ask, he was required to remove the material.

It is always best to ask and not to assume.
